Developing Procedures, Policies, and Documentation^TM
(including Web applications) is a workshop designed to guide participants into designing and developing complex content (both for paper and online) that is user-focused, task-oriented, accessible and easy to revise.

By learning and adopting Information Mapping^®, a researched-based system to analyse, organise, and present information, participants can maximise communication effectiveness and improve content and documentation usability.
